Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Technical Director and the Head of Energy Markets, this role will structure and oversee all activities related to operations, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and performance optimisation of the battery portfolio.The successful candidate will join a dynamic, low‑inertia environment with deep expertise across all verticals of the business. Build and Lead the Asset Management Function Define and implement all processes required to manage battery assets during the operational phase.Establish the full asset‑management framework within the company in coordination with technical and market teams. 2.
