With this in mind, our client is looking to hire an experienced professional in the sector to take on the role of Head of Utilities & Infrastructure. Project-wise, you would be working on a wide range of matters such as CPO, Wayleaves, Easements, Valuations, Option & Lease Agreements, and more general Landowner advisory matters. In terms of technology, they are currently working on a range of electrical infrastructure, cable routes, wind, and solar projects. In terms of background, our client are open to seeing candidates who have a range of years post qualification via the RICS pathway. Prior leadership experience is a bonus but not essential. The main factor will be a strong track record in the aforementioned matter for relevant technologies.
