Location: Austin, TX (4 days in office).

 

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 with a 25% bonus

 

Requirements:

  • Key team member(s) involved in supporting and/or leading all aspects of the project finance function. Responsibilities will span work streams relating to sourcing, structuring, negotiating, executing, and closing construction and term debt financings and tax credit monetization for late-stage and in-construction projects.
  • Familiarity with debt and tax equity capital raises for renewable energy projects. Tax equity is preferred.
  • Looking for intellectually curious individuals, need someone that can be comfortable getting into every bit of financial models.
  • Finance backgrounds / degrees are generally preferred.
  • Energy in general could be okay for the Associate position, Sr. Associate must have direct experience with a renewable energy IPP.

  • At least 4 closings over the next 12 months to happen.
  • Must take full ownership of financial model and be able to make tweaks as necessary.
  • Relocation assistance is doable.
  • Sr. Associate will need to be independent operator with ability to spearhead financings without much oversight from the team.
