Our client is a rapidly expanding energy‑transition company founded by a team of experienced industry professionals. The organisation develops large‑scale stationary battery storage projects as well as private grid‑connection infrastructure for renewable energy assets in France.
The company manages the full project lifecycle, from early development and grid‑connection design to construction, commissioning, and long‑term operation, with the mission of accelerating the deployment of clean energy. A major financing round in 2025 with a globally recognised investor now supports the next phase of growth and organisational structuring.
As the portfolio enters the construction phase, the company is strengthening its development team.

- Follow up on technical and financial grid‑connection proposals (PTF) and connection agreements.
- Integrate grid‑connection constraints into overall project development.
- Ensure timely delivery of all administrative and technical authorisations.
2. Cross‑Functional Project Leadership
