Position: Netzanschluss Manager

Gehalt: Bis zu 110.000 € + Bonus

Standort: Hamburg oder Dortmund – Hybrid

 

Wir unterstützen derzeit einen schnell wachsenden Entwickler von erneuerbaren Energien mit einer starken Pipeline an Utility-Scale-Solar- und BESS-Projekten, von denen in den nächsten 12 Monaten über 300 MW den Ready-to-Build-Status (RTB) erreichen sollen.

 

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie an Projekten mit einer Größe von 10 MW bis über 80 MW und übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Netzanschlusslösungen für eine Vielzahl von Projekten in ganz Deutschland.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Mittel- und Hochspannungsnetzanschlüsse von Utility-Scale-Projekten im Bereich erneuerbare Energien – von der Planung und Auslegung bis zur Ready-to-Build-Phase.
  • Durchführung von Netzverträglichkeitsprüfungen, Erstellung und Einreichung von Netzanschlussanträgen sowie Ausarbeitung von Einliniendiagrammen (SLDs).
  • Durchführung und Prüfung von Netzberechnungen mit DIgSILENT PowerFactory und MATLAB, einschließlich Lastfluss-, Kurzschluss- und Netzauswirkungsanalysen, unter Berücksichtigung geltender Netzanschlussrichtlinien und Standards.
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Verteilnetzbetreibern (DSOs), Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (TSOs) sowie weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zur Bewertung und Sicherung optimaler Netzverknüpfungspunkte für Solar- und BESS-Projekte.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement-Team sowie externen Partnern zur erfolgreichen Erreichung der Projektziele.

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mittelspannungsnetzanschlüsse; Erfahrung mit Hochspannungsanschlüssen ist von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DIgSILENT PowerFactory und MATLAB für Netzberechnungen (z. B. Lastfluss- und Kurzschlussberechnungen).
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Verteil- und/oder Übertragungsnetzbetreibern zur Bewertung strategischer Netzanschlusspunkte.
  • Gute Kenntnisse der VDE-AR-N 4110; Kenntnisse der VDE-AR-N 4120 sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien ist zwingend erforderlich, idealerweise mit Utility-Scale-Solar- oder BESS-Projekten.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-/C2-Niveau (Bewerbungen mit geringerem Sprachniveau können leider nicht berücksichtigt werden).

Job Title: Grid Connections Manager

Salary: Up to €110,000 + Bonus

Location: Hamburg or Dortmund - Hybrid

 

We are supporting a rapidly growing renewable energy developer with a strong pipeline of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, including 300 MW+ set to reach RTB status over the next 12 months!

 

You'll have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from 10 MW to 80 MW+, playing a key role in delivering grid connection solutions across a wide variety of projects in Germany.

 

As part of a lean and highly collaborative team, you'll enjoy significant ownership, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the chance to shape the success of high-impact renewable energy projects from development through to sale & operation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead medium-voltage & high-voltage grid connection activities for utility-scale renewable energy projects, from planning & design through to RTB phase.
  • Completing grid compliance assessments, connection applications, and SLDs (single line diagrams).
  • Conduct and review power system studies using DIgSILENT PowerFactory and MATLAB, including load flow, short-circuit, and grid impact analyses, ensuring compliance with applicable grid codes and standards.
  • Engage directly with DSOs, TSOs, and other key stakeholders to evaluate and secure optimal points of connection for utility-scale solar and BESS projects, supporting technical, commercial, and regulatory requirements throughout project development.
  • Work alongside the project management team and external parties to complete project goals.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering (or similar).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in medium voltage grid connections. High-voltage grid connection experience is a bonus.
  • Proficient in using DIgSILENT PowerFactory & MATLAB concerning grid calculations e.g. short circuit, load flow.
  • Confident liaising with grid operators (DSOs and/or TSOs) to assess strategic points of connection & proven experience doing this.
  • Knowledge of VDE-AR-N 4110 as a minimum. VDE-AR-N 4120 a bonus.
  • Renewables experience required - utility-scale solar or BESS preferred.
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) -please note anything below this will not be considered
