Our client is currently looking to hire a Senior Project Developer who will take charge of a crucial joint venture within the company portfolio. This role takes on the responsibility of leading on this JV in terms of progressing these projects through development and on into the handover to construction and eventual operation. In this role you would get the opportunity to take ownership over a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets, meaning this position requires a high level of autonomy within projects. You would be responsible for: Overall land strategy and management including tenant liaison, negotiating wayleaves & easements, as well as cable routing matters.Securing key planning and environmental consents within the Scottish planning framework including EIA processes.Overall development project management of key land, planning, and grid milestones through to the RTB stage before overseeing smooth transition into construction.Extensive stakeholder management of both internal and external bodies and individuals - this role would include a high level of board-level reporting.
