A long standing IPP is looking to grow their team out through several key hires across the business. They are full project lifecycle IPP, working from early stage developments, building and owning assets as well as the operations.

They've operated for over 25 years, in that time generating an extensive portfolio and are looking to grow this across new assets. This is mainly wind assets, but the group are looking to develop this portfolio into EV, hydro and hydrogen.

This role sits at the heart of the business, working on the connection agreements at both transmission and distribution levels. You'll be leading the operations for this, managing the full scope of works for these projects, being able to put your own stamp on these projects.

The main responsibilites include:

  • Managing grid applications for new connections, including preliminary assessments for the development team.
  • Providing techncial advice for the business as well as working closley with external techncial advisors for projects.
  • Supporting across the full project lifecycle including pre construction and construction teams.
  • Managing compliance processes for connection agreements
  • Reporting on grid progress to relevant stakeholders.
