The role is with a highly capitalized platform that is entering an exciting phase of continued growth and is looking for someone who can step into a highly visible, hands-on procurement position supporting critical battery storage projects.

The company has recently undergone a significant capital expansion, including securing over $1B in construction financing and substantially increasing its corporate credit capacity, and has also entered into an agreement to be acquired by a major global investment platform managing more than $1T in assets.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead procurement activity across utility-scale BESS projects, supporting active project execution end to end.
  • Manage supplier engagement, sourcing strategy, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, engineering, finance, and development teams.
  • Own battery supply agreements, LTSAs, and day-to-day vendor communication.

Piper Maddox is partnering with a growing renewable energy and industrial services organization supporting digester-based biogas infrastructure across the U.S. This is a hands-on field leadership opportunity focused on the construction, commissioning, and maintenance of anaerobic digester and RNG facilities within a multi-site operating environment.
