Construction Project Manager – BESS

 

Location: Germany (Projects in Northern Germany)

Type: Permanent

Salary: Up To €90,000 + Bonus + Car

 

The Opportunity

A growing renewable energy company is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale BESS projects across Germany.

 

You’ll take ownership of the construction phase, coordinating EPC contractors, subcontractors and internal teams across civil, electrical and balance-of-plant works.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead construction delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Coordinate EPC contractors, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Manage programme, quality, HSE and project progress.
  • Coordinate civil, electrical and mechanical interfaces.
  • Review construction plans, programmes and technical documentation.
  • Manage site meetings, reporting, variations and contractor performance.
  • Work closely with engineering, procurement and project development teams.
  • Support testing, commissioning and final handover.

 

About You

  • Experience as a Construction Project Manager, Construction Manager or Site Manager.
  • Background in renewable energy or energy infrastructure.
  • Strong contractor and subcontractor management experience.
  • Good understanding of civil and electrical construction interfaces.
  • Strong knowledge of project programmes, quality and HSE.
  • Fluent German and good English.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across Germany.
