We are currently supporting a growing renewable energy developer in the search for an experienced Senior Development Manager / Team Lead to lead their Polish development function.

 

The successful candidate will lead the Polish development team while remaining hands-on across the portfolio, managing projects through the development lifecycle and working closely with land, permitting, grid, regulatory, EPC and Asset Management teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Polish development team

Profile

  • 5–10 years’ renewable energy project development experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish renewable energy sector
  • Experience across permitting, land, grid/DSO and regulation
  • Experience developing PV and BESS; Wind beneficial
  • Previous team management or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the IPP/developer lifecycle
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Practical, proactive and results-driven

In terms of technology, you would be working on a range of technologies such as Solar and BESS. Our client have a demonstrable track record in shepherding projects through the full project lifecycle, having a significant portfolio of operational assets under management so you can rest assured that you would see your projects come to fruition. In this role, you will be responsible for leading land & property matters across the full project lifecycle, contributing within development, delivery, and commercial matters. Job Title: Senior BESS Commissioning ManagerLocation: Germany Projects: Germany & EuropeSalary: Up To €120,000 + Bonus + Benefits The OpportunityWe are supporting a rapidly growing energy storage business with the recruitment of an experienced Senior BESS Commissioning Engineer to lead and support the commissioning, testing and successful delivery of large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Europe.This is a highly hands-on technical role for an experienced commissioning or electrical engineer with a strong background in BESS, renewable energy, power systems or electrical equipment. You will take ownership of commissioning activities on site, leading technical troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, system testing and customer acceptance. You will work closely with Project Management, R&D, Quality and After-Sales teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to schedule. The role would suit an experienced BESS Commissioning Engineer, Senior Commissioning Engineer, Field Service Engineer or Electrical Engineer looking to take on greater responsibility within the rapidly expanding energy storage market.
