With expertise across Historic, New Market, Low-Income Housing, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits, they provide solutions to developers and investors while also managing their own real estate assets.

They're looking for an Asset Manager to take full ownership of their post-close portfolio, manage compliance, and help shape the future of their asset management function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage operating real estate assets, capital contributions, and investor reporting
  • Support post-close compliance and financial reporting across tax credit projects
  • Collaborate with sponsors, advisors, and internal teams

With a strong international presence, the company has a 2+ GW pipeline across Europe and continues to drive forward renewable energy solutions for the future.About the Role:As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of onshore wind energy projects.
