They have a global footprint across North America and Europe. They have developed sustainable products that improve the quality of everyday chemical products including petroleum based plastics, fragrances, home and personal care products, agriculture, and more.

They are currently looking for a Process Engineering Manager.

This is a rare opportunity where you will have ownership leading the design and commissioning of a ~$200 mil biorefinery plant.

The ideal candidate has experience:

• ~10+ years of experience

• Educational Background in Chemical Engineering

• Working with EPCs and partners on projects

• Managing large scale projects (>$100mil)

 

This can be based remotely anywhere in the US with travel to plants in the southeast and midwest.

Process Engineer - Cell Assembly

We are seeking a Process Engineer to strengthen the Cell Assembly team.As a successful Process Engineer, you will thrive in dynamic working environments, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to best practices across all operations. You will join a motivated team working collaboratively in Morrow's entrepreneurial environment.Tasks & Responsibilities:- Start-up and optimise manufacturing processes within Cell Assembly such as: - Notching - Stacking - Taping - Welding - Electrolyte Filling - Inspection- Collaborate with machine suppliers during commissioning and SAT to verify requirements and performance of production equipment.- Assist in the start-up of equipment and ramp-up of production to achieve targets for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each process.- Conduct disciplined process engineering studies, process verification, identify Critical to Quality (CTQ) parameters, reduce variations, and perform DOEs to define optimal process settings.- Work closely with both product development and production teams to continuously improve current processes, develop new processes, and define quality metrics and product/process validation requirements.- Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
