Piper Maddox has partnered with an EPC on the search for SVP Renewables. They recognized leader in renewable energy space, having successfully completed multiple transformative projects across Solar, BESS, Wind, EV Infrastructure & Power Delivery.
You will be reporting into the C-suite and support the success of the companies renewable division.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution, from planning to resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
- Manage client relationships and secure future project awards.
- Develop project plans and monitor progress.
- Mitigate risks and manage project budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure safety compliance and regulatory adherence.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale renewable projects.
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy systems.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Familiarity with renewable industry regulations and standards.
