Overview

We are supporting a high-growth EV software company in their search for a Sales Executive to strengthen their commercial presence in Germany. This role sits at the core of the company’s European expansion and offers strong exposure to enterprise customers within the EV, fleet, and energy markets.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling B2B software solutions, a structured sales approach, and a genuine interest in electric mobility and digital platforms.

 

Role Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for new business acquisition, managing opportunities end-to-end, and contributing directly to revenue growth in the DACH region. You will work closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams to convert pipeline into long-term customers.

This role suits candidates who thrive in scale-up environments, are comfortable owning targets, and want clear progression into senior sales roles.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development across Germany and selected European markets
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and close
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B opportunities
  • Engage senior stakeholders including Heads of Fleet, Energy, Operations, and IT
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align customer feedback and positioning
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

 

Candidate Profile

Essential:

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales (SaaS, EV, energy, or mobility preferred)
  • Demonstrable success in closing new business
  • Experience selling software or technology-led solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and structured sales methodology
  • Fluent German and English
  • Eligible to work in Germany

 

Desirable:

  • Exposure to EV charging, fleet management, energy platforms, or IoT software
  • Experience selling into enterprise or mid-market customers
  • Background in start-up or scale-up environments
