Entrerai a far parte di una realtà attualmente in fase di transizione verso il modello IPP con un pipeline forte di sopra 600MW su 40 projetti, in phasi diversi di sviluppo. Responsabilità principali

  • Coordinare e guidare un team di junior permitting, promuovendo un ambiente di lavoro collaborativo e positivo
  • Gestire studi di fattibilità, attività di screening normativo e definizione delle strategie autorizzative, dalle fasi iniziali di sviluppo fino alla costruzione e messa in esercizio degli impianti.
  • Predisporre e presentare le istanze autorizzative (AU, VIA, PAS, PAUR e autorizzazioni paesaggistiche), assicurandone la conformità alla normativa nazionale e regionale.
  • Redigere e revisionare la documentazione tecnica e amministrativa relativa allo sviluppo e al permitting dei progetti
  • Interfacciarsi con stakeholder, Comuni e Regioni, inclusa la gestione delle Conferenze dei Servizi
  • Supportare i processi di M&A, contribuendo a business plan, reportistica e monitoraggio dei progetti
  • Monitorare costantemente il quadro normativo e gli aggiornamenti legislativi per definire le strategie autorizzative più efficaci

Requisiti

  • Almeno 6 anni di esperienza nella gestione di autorizzazioni
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Comprovata esperienza nella redazione di documentazione tecnica e autorizzativa
  • Esperienza su progetti fotovoltaici utility scale
  • Solida conoscenza dei processi PAS, AU, VIA e del permitting secondario (titolo preferenziale)

In this role, you would also have the opportunity to work on potential private-wire projects, as well as contributing to appropriate M&A transactions.
