With an established presence in the commercial energy sector and a strong track record of growth, the business is now building a dedicated renewables division focused on solar PV and battery energy storage (BESS).

The Role

As a Commercial Project Manager you'll take ownership of the commercial coordination of renewable energy projects once contracts have been signed. Acting as the central point of contact between customers, EPC partners, and internal sales teams, you'll ensure projects progress smoothly from handover through to completion.

 

This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys stakeholder management, commercial coordination, and keeping multiple projects on track.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate renewable energy projects following contract award.
  • Act as the main interface between B2B customers, EPC partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage project handovers from the commercial sales team.
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and payment schedules.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound invoicing processes.
  • Support commercial discussions and negotiations with EPC partners.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and project partners.
  • Ensure clear communication and smooth project execution throughout the delivery process.

 

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Experience in project coordination, customer success, commercial operations, or project administration.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A commercial mindset and attention to detail.
  • Professional-level German (spoken and written) and good English skills.
  • Experience within renewable energy, construction, infrastructure, or a technical project environment is advantageous but not essential.
