About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven EV Business Developer to drive growth across our charging infrastructure, fleet electrification, and software solutions portfolio. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the rapidly evolving e-mobility sector. You will engage directly with enterprise clients, fleet operators, property owners, and technology partners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that accelerate the transition to sustainable transport.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities in EV charging, fleet decarbonisation, and EV software platforms.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors including fleet, property, logistics, and public sector.

Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to close.

Partnerships & Client Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, fleet operators, energy providers, and software partners.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring solutions are tailored to their operational and commercial needs.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, operations) to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Market Development

Monitor market trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activity within the EV ecosystem.

Provide insights and recommendations to influence strategy, product development, and go-to-market approaches.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in EV charging, fleet management, energy, or SaaS/software.

Strong understanding of e-mobility ecosystems, including charging infrastructure, fleet electrification, energy management, and digital platforms.

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Commercially astute, with experience in building business cases and delivering against revenue targets.

Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
