About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Sales to lead our commercial growth within the electric vehicle (EV) sector. This senior role will oversee the development and execution of our sales strategy across charging infrastructure, fleet electrification, and digital solutions. You will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, shaping go-to-market approaches, and delivering revenue growth in line with company objectives.

This is a key leadership position for an ambitious sales leader passionate about accelerating the transition to e-mobility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

Define and implement the company's sales strategy across EV charging, fleet, and software solutions.

Own sales targets, revenue forecasting, and pipeline development.

Build, coach, and lead a team of Business Developers, Account Managers, and Partnership Managers.

Business Growth & Partnerships

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships.

Lead on major client negotiations and enterprise-level contracts.

Identify strategic partnership opportunities with OEMs, fleets, property owners, energy providers, and software partners.

Market Development & Positioning

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to ensure the business remains competitive.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape go-to-market campaigns and customer propositions.

Represent the business at key industry events, conferences, and forums as a thought leader in the EV space.

Operational Excellence

Develop sales processes, reporting frameworks, and KPIs to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Deliver regular performance reports to the senior leadership team.

Work closely with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record in senior sales leadership within EV charging, fleet, energy, renewables, or SaaS/software.

Experience in managing and scaling sales teams, setting KPIs, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

Extensive network across the e-mobility, fleet, automotive, or energy sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach when required.

Desired Qualifications

7+ years' experience in B2B/B2G sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Knowledge of funding mechanisms, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics in EV and energy.

Track record of successfully expanding into new markets or launching new solutions.
