Amazing new opportunity with a BESS business that develops, implements, & operates assets across Germany!

They're a fast-growing business, with about 20 people in the team and a pipeline of 900 MW (+ other projects they're partnering with EPCs on). For this, they need a Head of Grid & EPC to lead the grid connection processes of these projects & navigate DSO relationships.

You will oversee all activities related to grid connection for BESS and hybrid projects, while managing 1–2 direct reports. The role offers a mix of strategic responsibility and hands-on project involvement in a fully financed, investor-backed environment.

  • Position: Head of Grid & EPC
  • Location: Munich - minimum 1 day per week onsite
  • Salary: Up to €105,000 depending on experience + 25% bonus + shares
