Job Details Oversee full-cycle delivery of new anaerobic digestion projects—from detailed design through commissioning—ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality goals are achieved.Manage all phases of project execution including contracting, procurement, cost controls, and risk management across multi-disciplinary teams.Coordinate internal engineering, construction, and development groups to align design deliverables with commercial and financial targets.Lead vendor selection, capital equipment procurement, and design-build oversight while maintaining compliance with regulatory and funding requirements.Provide regular executive-level reporting on progress, financials, and risk, ensuring successful turnover to operations upon completion. Qualifications 7+ years of experience managing engineering or construction projects within energy, industrial, or wastewater sectors.Proven record leading capital projects valued between $20–100M, from design through completion.Strong understanding of process plant design, mechanical systems, and construction management practices.Proficiency with project scheduling and cost-tracking tools (Primavera, MS Project, ERP systems).Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business teams.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required; advanced degree a plus.Preference for candidates with experience in anaerobic digestion, RNG, or industrial wastewater treatment projects.
