Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a privately held EV infrastructure company focused on deploying turnkey Level 2 and DC fast charging solutions for a variety of industries across the U.S. The business positions itself as a full-service operator combining installation, financing/revenue-share models, software, and ongoing support to accelerate commercial EV charger adoption.

Together, we are searching for a Marketing Manager to join the team. This is a strategic, high-impact position for someone who can see the bigger picture while also executing day-to-day activity, working as the primary marketing lead across the wider business.

In this role, you will be responsible for tasks including:

  • Shaping and improving the current marketing strategy across both B2B and B2C audiences, driving brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and market positioning.
  • The role will oversee Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, digital campaigns, social media management, SEO strategy, website re-branding, content creation, and broader growth initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will have a background similar to the below:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing role.
  • Experience across both B2B & B2C Marketing. 
  • Digital Marketing experience. 
  • Experience across Social Media platforms. 
  • Prior experience with Graphic Design, Content Writing & Website Re-branding.
  • Experience with SEO, including tools such as Semrush & Uberall. 
  • Prior experience working within the Electric Vehicle industry.

Having rapidly expanded its portfolio past 1.5 GW, the company is scaling its finance group to support both core operational accounting and active M&A transactions.Reporting directly to the Director of Accounting, this role oversees financial operations across the asset portfolio while working closely with plant management, executive leadership, and M&A teams to execute project integrations and technical accounting oversight. Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Reporting: Manage daily accounting workflows, monthly and quarterly close cycles, general ledger reconciliations, and consolidated GAAP financial statements across all operating entities. Renewable Asset Accounting: Oversee sector-specific accounting functions, including tax equity models, HLBV updates, RECs, capacity payments, and project-level operating costs.
