L'Azienda

L’azienda è specializzata nella realizzazione di impianti fotovoltaici fino a 100MW e dispone di un importante pipeline di progetti in fase di sviluppo, a supporto della sua espansione nel mercato italiano. L’obiettivo è quello di affermarsi come uno dei principali EPC in Italia, con una forte presenza nel settore delle energie rinnovabili. Attualmente sono attivi progetti tra i 10 e i 35MW distribuiti su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Competenze chiave:

  • Supervisione delle attività operative quotidiane di cantiere per un progetto agrivoltaico >10MW.
  • Coordinamento e gestione dei subappaltatori per le opere elettriche e civili, garantendo un'esecuzione efficiente delle attività.
  • Supervisione delle installazioni in media tensione MT, incluse le attività di posa cavi, cabine elettriche, inverter e connessione alla rete.
  • Garanzia del rispetto delle tempistiche, del budget e degli standard qualitativi di progetto.
  • Solida conoscenza della realizzazione di progetti in modalità EPC, dei sistemi tracker, dei moduli fotovoltaici e dei requisiti tecnici relativi alla loro installazione e integrazione.
  • Punto di riferimento in cantiere per i team interni e gli stakeholder esterni, con collaborazione con il Project Manager per garantire il rispetto dei tempi e dei budget.
  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento dei lavori, gestione delle problematiche tecniche e logistiche e predisposizione della reportistica periodica per il Project Management.
  • Supporto alle attività di commissioning e gestione della consegna finale del progetto, assicurando una transizione efficace alla fase operativa.

Requisiti:

  • Circa 5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo.
  • Italiano fluente e buona capacità di comunicazione in inglese.
  • Esperienza nel settore fotovoltaico, preferibilmente su impianti utility-scale e/o agrivoltaici.
  • Esperienza diretta in cantiere, con supervisione delle attività operative e coordinamento delle imprese esecutrici.

Property Manager

Property Manager - Renewable Energy Central Scotland Office - 2/3 days per week in office hybrid working pattern Salary Range DOE: £50,000 - 60,000 Piper Maddox are exclusively supporting a leading name in the UK renewable energy sector with some exciting growth plans - including a new addition to their team in the shape of a Property Manager. Our client are a fully fledged IPP covering the development, construction, and operation of large scale Onshore Wind projects. They currently have multiple assets under operational management so have a demonstrable track record of success in the full project lifecycle. This company were established over 20 years ago, so are a very stable organization with a strong portfolio of projects at different stages of development. Within their portfolio, they are also looking at different renewable technologies to diversify in the future. They have a very strong company culture in terms of a highly collaborative environment. The team have a great reputation for pulling in the same direction, which has created an atmosphere off togetherness. The Property Manager role would sit in their Land team, reporting to their Head of Land and would suit someone from a legal or commercial property background. Prior experience in the renewable energy sector is required, although the project technology can be varied. In this role, you would be responsible for managing key commercial contracts within the land transaction and the development process, including: > Heads of Terms> Land Option & Lease Agreements> Wayleaves, Easements, Servitudes> Fulfilling obligations within the lease agreements> Managing property registers and titles relevant to the project portfolio> Due diligence on land & property considerations within potential project acquisitions The outlined backgrounds in legal or commercial property are preferred due to this role being less involved in site origination/land acquisition, and more tailored to the commercial contracts needed to complete these transactions.
