We're partnered with a market leader in the charging infrastructure space who have had immense success in the US and are growing rapidly!

As part of this next phase of their growth, they're adding a Head of Marketing to their team reporting to the CEO, who will manage a team of 5 whilst leading the Marketing function for the organization

* This role is fully onsite in North Carolina.

Key Responsibilities 🔨:

  • Brand Leadership: Define and refine our brand identity, voice, and positioning to primary resonate with B2B DC Fast Charging audiences.
  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for new product and service launches, including messaging, sales enablement, and customer education.
  • Demand Generation: Own the strategy for campaigns that fuel pipeline growth across key verticals of DC Fast Charging.
  • Team Development: Manage & lead a team of Product Marketers and Application Engineers.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape, customer insights, and industry trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • PR & Communications: Oversee public relations, media strategy, and thought leadership to establish the company as a trusted voice in DC Fast Charging.

Qualifications & Experience 📑:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
  • Min 2 years experience in a managerial role
  • Min 2 years experience working in the DC Fast Charging space
  • Strong experience launching go to marketing strategies for DC Fast Charging products (digital, brand development and B2B strategies)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
