Digital Marketing Specialist

Initial 6mth contract, goal of conversion

Hybrid to Greater Houston Area, TX

We are looking for a driven individual who is able to deliver data-driven Digital Marketing Strategies to maximize return on Marketing investment. The goal of this position is to expand our clients brand presence in the US and Canada by leveraging a mix of digital marketing channels, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media marketing.

The successful individual will be analytical and able to interpret the results of the marketing, to allow for changes / improvements / pivots, etc.

What you will do: 

  • Optimize product digital strategy for different market segments based on market insights, customer feedback, product opportunities, and emerging trends.

  • Strategically manage a digital marketing annual budget, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact allocations.

  • Identify and target key market segments for messaging, driving lead generation and customer engagement.

  • Discover and capitalize on new digital channels, list sources, and lead sources to enhance marketing and sales support initiatives.

  • Track, analyze, and report on leads and opportunities generated from marketing activities, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions.

  • Utilize and integrate data from Salesforce, Infinity, Sitecore, Google Ads, and email marketing tools to evaluate performance and optimize future strategies.

  • Monitor emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, recommending new features and tools that align with long-term business goals.


Skills and experience need: 

  • Must have at least 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with skills in digital marketing, campaign development, market research, and lead generation.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (this position will be provide regular status updates to keep stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

  • Require advanced skills in Salesforce, Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Mailchimp knowledge is advantageous.
