This company is a full-service provider of fueling and charging station solutions, offering construction, installation, maintenance, equipment, and compliance support for retail, commercial, industrial, and government sectors. With in-house training programs and a strong culture of service, it offers employees a collaborative environment and ample opportunities for growth.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in EV Charging industry sales, a strong professional network, and a deep understanding of the EV charging solutions market-including hardware and software. Experience across the full EV charging site project lifecycle, including Design & Engineering, Construction, Electrical, Installation, and Service & Maintenance, is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EV charging industry, especially within commercial fleets, property management, and municipalities.
Generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound sales activities.
Present and demonstrate the company's EV charging capabilities to prospective clients.
Identify client needs and propose tailored EV charging solutions, including both hardware and software.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Stay current on industry trends and market dynamics to uncover new opportunities.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 2 years in EV charging industry sales.
Familiarity with EV charging customers and their unique requirements.
Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets in the EV sector.
Deep knowledge of EV charging technology, products, and industry trends.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach.
