We are representing an established, venture-backed clean energy company that designs and manufactures advanced systems supporting global decarbonization efforts. With a strong presence across North America, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America, the company is scaling rapidly and expanding its commercial operations worldwide. This is a hands-on executive role responsible for leading the global sales function, managing a network of international partners, and driving enterprise growth in both mature and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global sales strategy and execution across direct and indirect channels
  • Manage and grow a network of international distributors, agents, and key accounts
  • Oversee complex, high-value sales cycles in industrial and energy sectors
  • Identify and expand opportunities in key regions, including Japan, Brazil, the UAE, and North America
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and executive leadership
  • Shape commercial models to support long-term, service-oriented revenue streams
  • Represent the company in customer engagements, negotiations, and industry events

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of commercial leadership in energy, cleantech, or industrial technology sectors
  • Demonstrated experience with long-cycle, technical B2B sales
  • Background working within OEM, joint venture, or channel partner environments
  • International experience strongly preferred
  • Executive-level presence with the ability to engage directly with large, global enterprise customers
  • Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams
  • Based in or open to relocating to Southern California preferred
