The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, strong sales acumen, and the ability to communicate ROI-driven solutions to senior decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans for target markets and territoriesIdentify, qualify, and secure commercial solar and energy storage projectsManage the full sales cycle: prospecting, site visits, proposals, and contract negotiationsDeliver tailored business proposals and presentations to senior stakeholdersConduct on-site assessments and analyze customer utility data to design solutionsCollaborate with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project deliveryRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferencesMaintain strong, long-term client relationships and serve as the main point of contact throughout the sales process What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred)5+ years of B2B sales experience in solar, renewable energy, or related industriesStrong understanding of solar PV systems, site evaluation, and key design criteriaExperience presenting ROI, payback, and financial justifications to senior decision-makersExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage complex client relationships and long sales cyclesProficiency with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysisHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
