Sie arbeiten an einer mehrhundert-Megawatt starken Projektpipeline im fortgeschrittenen Entwicklungsstadium in Deutschland. Als führender Netzanschlussexperte begleiten Sie Netzanschlussprojekte von der Akquisition bis zur Bauphase und lösen technische sowie regulatorische Engpässe.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der vollständigen Umsetzung aller Aktivitäten zur elektrischen Netzintegration von erneuerbaren Energieprojekten im Utility-Scale-Bereich und Sicherstellung des erfolgreichen Netzanschlusses von Wind- und Solarparks.
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Netzbetreibern, Übertragungsnetzbetreibern, Ingenieurdienstleistern, Zertifizierungsstellen und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern zur Unterstützung der Projektumsetzung und Genehmigungsprozesse.
  • Steuerung von Beschaffungs- und Vergabeprozessen für Netzinfrastrukturmaßnahmen, einschließlich Leistungsbeschreibung, Lieferantenbewertung, Vertragsverhandlungen und Vergabeempfehlungen.

 

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Mittel- und Hochspannungsnetzanschlüsse.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DIgSILENT PowerFactory und MATLAB für Netzberechnungen, z. B. Kurzschluss-, Lastfluss- und Netzanalysen.
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Verteilnetzbetreibern (DSOs) und/oder Übertragungsnetzbetreibern (TSOs) zur Bewertung strategischer Netzverknüpfungspunkte sowie zur Lösung von Netzengpässen und Anschlussbeschränkungen.
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Richtlinien VDE-AR-N 4110, 4120 und 4130.
  • Erfahrung mit Mittelspannungsumspannwerken, insbesondere in den Bereichen Planung, Auslegung, Ausschreibung und Umsetzung.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der erneuerbaren Energien ist zwingend erforderlich.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2). Bitte beachten Sie, dass Bewerbungen mit einem niedrigeren Sprachniveau nicht berücksichtigt werden.

Job Title: Senior Grid Connections Manager

One of my key clients are looking to make a crucial hire for their German team: a Senior Grid Connections Manager. With an established presence in Germany, and offices across the country, it's the perfect time to join this growing business!

 

You'll be working across their multi-megawatt, late-stage pipeline in Germany. You will be the key senior grid specialist, completing grid connections from acquisition through to construction, and solving bottlenecks.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of electrical grid integration activities for utility-scale renewable energy developments, ensuring successful connection of wind and solar generation assets.
  • Coordinate engagement between network operators, transmission authorities, engineering contractors, certification bodies, and other key stakeholders to support project execution and regulatory approval.
  • Manage procurement and commercial processes for grid infrastructure works, including scope development, supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and award recommendations.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in electrical engineering (or similar).
  • 3-5 years' experience in medium & high voltage grid connections.
  • Proficient in using DIgSILENT PowerFactory & MATLAB concerning grid calculations e.g. short circuit, load flow.
  • Previous experience liaising with grid operators (DSOs and/or TSOs) to assess strategic points of connection & problem-solve bottlenecks / constraints.
  • Knowledge of VDE-A-RN 4110, 4120, 4130.
  • Knowledge of medium-voltage substations (e.g. planning, design, tendering, execution).
  • Renewables experience required.
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) -please note anything below this will not be considered
