Senior Development Manager / Team Lead -

We are currently supporting a growing renewable energy developer in the search for an experienced Senior Development Manager / Team Lead to lead their Polish development function.

 

The successful candidate will lead the Polish development team while remaining hands-on across the portfolio, managing projects through the development lifecycle and working closely with land, permitting, grid, regulatory, EPC and Asset Management teams.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Polish development team
  • Manage utility-scale PV, BESS and Wind projects
  • Oversee land, permitting, grid, DSO and regulatory activities
  • Identify and resolve development challenges
  • Drive projects against key development milestones
  • Work closely with EPC, Engineering and Asset Management teams
  • Engage with key external stakeholders and authorities

 

Profile

  • 5–10 years’ renewable energy project development experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Polish renewable energy sector
  • Experience across permitting, land, grid/DSO and regulation
  • Experience developing PV and BESS; Wind beneficial
  • Previous team management or leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of the IPP/developer lifecycle
  • Fluent Polish and English
  • Practical, proactive and results-driven
