Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a U.S.-based energy technology firm specializing in advanced energy storage solutions. This brand new, patented solution utilizes previously overlooked minerals to improve the lifespan of Battery systems.

This product has application across Residential and commercial back-ups for MicroGrids, Data Centers, EV Charging and various other Critical Infrastructure systems.

We are looking to add a Product Manager to the team. This position is fully remote and available to start immediately.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the “glue” that combines multiple divisions together, including engineering, architecture, manufacturing and operations. You will be tasked with ensuring cross group collaboration, improving the quality of inter-team communication.
  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams to ensure clear product narratives and provide technical product support on initial pitches.
  • Maintain the product roadmap.

The ideal person will have a background similar to the below:

  • Ideal candidate will have a background covering Controls and Power Systems.
  • Strong Technical background and understanding.
  • Managed a full cycle of product lifecycle, ideally for one whole process but can consider all aspects through multiple products.
  • This person must have a strong background across Power Electronics. This can include Transformers, Switchgears, ESS, Circuit Breaker Design, Invertors and more).

Our client has been a mainstay in this sector for close to 30 years and they are one of the largest contributors of clean energy across the country. This company are a fully fledged independent power producer (IPP) who have a demonstrable track record in taking projects through development and construction, finishing up with an operational asset. You can therefore rest assured that you will see your projects come to fruition. You would be contributing to a diverse portfolio of Solar, Onshore Wind, and Battery Storage projects. Our client is able to provide an exciting blend of an excellent multi-GW development pipeline, as well as the peace of mind to know that you are a part of a very stable entity. This company has industry leading funding and a highly experienced team dedicated to the clean energy transition across both Ireland and Northern Ireland.
