  • Monitor project costs and identify potential risks or deviations at an early stage.
  • Support successful project acceptance, commissioning and final handover.

Pre-Construction & Project Planning

  • Participate in site surveys and pre-construction feasibility assessments.
  • Assess local site conditions, construction requirements, supply-chain considerations and available resources.
  • Develop practical construction strategies based on European regulations, local labour conditions and project-specific requirements.
  • Provide recommendations to project leadership to support effective construction planning and decision-making.

Documentation & Project Close-Out

  • Ensure all site documentation is accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review and manage daily site reports, progress records, inspection documentation, hidden-work records and as-built documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is complete and meets client and project acceptance requirements.
  • Support the successful completion, handover and close-out of projects.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's site management processes, construction standards and EPC workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve construction efficiency, project delivery and standardisation.
  • Stay up to date with new construction technologies, methodologies and best practices within the energy storage and renewable energy sectors.
